Recently, I coached an herbalist/ barrel racer who wanted to share her herbal blends beyond the bounds of her local equine community. She's halting the creation of custom blends in favor of scaling the production on her most popular formulas. During her free consult, I could hear how comfortably she could discuss her wonderful products, BUT only in the context of barrel racing. She hit a block when it came to talking to a larger market about the problem solving properties of her herbs! It's completely normal that the business growth began to stagnate as a result. After that call, I got the best email: "Hi Catherine - I thoroughly enjoyed our chat today. You hit the nail on the head with so many things in a very short time. One or two ah-ha moments as well. I'm excited to book a session so we can get this show on the road, lol !!" I'm happy to say we quickly progressed to outline a Strategic Transition Plan for 2024 and we just wrapped up a 3-part Blueprint Coaching series! Now my herbalist has the language she needs to update her website, write poignant blogs and emails, craft a social media campaign, create valuable content, and so much more! She also has me on her side, holding her accountable to her goal and plan, and providing services to fill in the gaps as needed.
