One completely overlooked step is guaranteed to get you more clients!

Want to know the secret to creating an overflowing stable of clients that are eager, committed, and place high value on everything you have to offer them?

The way the industry has been going about it is completely wrong!

Seriously??? For real.

Most horse pros think they have to be seen being successful at shows…
OR
Plaster flyers at the local feed and tack stores…
OR
Build a website telling the world how much experience, skill, and accolades they have collected over the years…

But honestly, if this worked you would have more business than you could handle and would be working exclusively with the clients that bring you joy every time you see them.

Instead you're taking every client that walks through the door to help pay the bills… just like everyone else.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Pros throughout our industry are making themselves crazy by trying to do the same thing as everyone else. It doesn't doesn't work well, and they can't find their way clear of it.

I see your struggle.

But the thing is, we live in the digital age practicing a craft that was developed in the iron age or even earlier. The days are long, the work is demanding, and it's always been easier to communicate with horses than with people. Right?

You see, most of your colleagues are doing what their mentors did, who did what their mentors did and so on, and so on… And most likely so are you because no one ever told you there's a better way, or because marketing is a four letter word, or because it's scary to try to sell yourself.

You see, once your potential clients can see the unique ways that you can help them, and that you really get them and their horse, then they will be eager to engage in a service based relationship with you.

By dialing in to who they are and what they need from you, you'll be able to attract your ideal clients, tell them exactly how they will benefit from working with you, and feel confident that you can completely stand out from the competition so that you are the clear choice for your dream clients.

Because it's about trust, and respect, and when prospective clients see themselves in your marketing material, they don't feel sold to. They feel validated and acknowledged and the recognize that YOU have the solution to their problems.

The trail to better living in your horse biz starts here...

Over the past 8-ish years, I've been privy to wayyyy too many clients wanting 'just more horses' to work with.

More horses, more clients, even more horses…the salvation that would allow them to make enough money to keep working with…you guessed it…even more horses.

Their faulty reasoning?

🐴 More horses = more income

🐴 More horses = greater impact

🐴 "That's what everybody wants, more business, right?"

🐴 "I'll get more experience and then they pay me more!"

🐴 The word will spread…so I can get MORE clients, Hoora!

Well…

Horse@#$%&! (or the G-version…Horsespit!)

(but wait, do horses even spit?)

Ok, don't digress Catherine…

So, why is the "MORE business is BETTER" model so very broken in our horse industry?

If you're fully booked (or overly fully booked) you know the answer already.

It leads to burnout, accidents, overwork, an ever more tired body and mind…and certainly not to a greater impact, at least in the long term.

But I can hear you sigh already…HOW else is one going to make money in the horse world? Feed prices go up, gas costs are through the roof…

To be honest, for several of our clients, we recommended that online courses are THE solution. And that still holds true for many of our clients, BUT, we also heard that many of you are not quite ready to dive into the world of online courses and with that the world of tech and online marketing…

So here is the question my team and I started with when we began playing with the idea of helping our clients break free from this broken system…

"How could we help horse professionals use video, technology, and systems to multiply their income, reclaim time for self and family and still work intimately with their clients WITHOUT burning themselves out?"

How Many Clients Can You Afford to Lose?

I know you don't want to think about this.

It's one of those things that is somewhere, maybe, in the future, and right now, you've got 💩 to do.

Even though the thought of it strikes a little fear in your heart, you can kind of push it away for now.

But realistically, you need to think about it. Plan ahead.

Do you have a safety net?

No? Time to build one.

The thing is, you're already halfway there. You have clients. You're pretty busy and you're doing okay, thank you very much.

And while nothing in life is guaranteed, having multiple revenue streams can help if the hits start coming.

So how do you do that?
