So, MAKE IT EASY! - Put a plan in place ahead of time. - Make sure you have staff scheduled. - Spa day? BOOK the appointment! - Plan a day of hiking? Ask a friend you won’t want to disappoint. * If a full day or weekend is hard for you at first, start by blocking several hours into your calendar and turn off your phone’s notifications!
