Hi Blogger, So, what is a “green flag” client? Well, I know you know what a RED FLAG client is, right? That person who doesn’t respect your boundaries - calling or texting at all hours of the day … or night … … the person who makes you sorry you got out of bed that morning, … the person who asks for your advice, but only wants you to agree with their pre-made decision, and promptly makes excuses why your advice won’t work? We’ve all had clients like this. They drain your energy and make you sorry you took them on. But, what about those clients who lift you up, inspire you, and continually make you feel supported? Those clients are your Green Flags! What should you look for to fill your client roster with green flags? - Their presence is calming
- They respect your opinion
- They listen without judgment
- They are supportive
- They make you laugh
- They respect your needs
I'm not saying that they agree with you 100% of the time, but when they don’t, you can have a civil, adult conversation. The kind of client relationship that is built on trust and mutual respect. HOW do you attract or create green flag clients? 1. Know EXACTLY who you want to attract 2. Be BRAVE and say NO to those who make your life miserable (be honest, don't you know who they are the moment you meet them? TRUST your instincts!) 3.
