Hi Blogger, I’m often the least popular person in the room (albeit the chat room) for saying this … but here it goes … Charge what you WANT to make. Your prices should … - Inspire you to jump out of bed in the morning - Cater to your beloved clients - Hire the best help - Invest in your education - Enjoy a vacation Or whatever else fuels you and your business! Honor your experiences – share wisdom and knowledge your clients are craving. People are paying for your mastery as an equestrian. Stay with me here … When you can teach someone else your unique perspective and your expertise you’re reaching a level of mastering. Isn’t mastery the objective in this art of being an equestrian? It is outrageous for you to think that you need to make sacrifices to serve the people you want to serve. While potential clients may say that they want lower prices, they do not want lower quality of service. They want the best of you and they are willing to pay for it. Ok now, this NEEDS to be said – to keep great clients, you have to deliver on your promises. Operate with integrity – Do what you say you will do. Riders and horses need to make progress. Set regular goals with your clients, remind them of milestones achieved, create exciting lesson curriculum, and keep them moving forward in a logical way. To your success, Catherine and the team at Red Mare Enterprises |
