Hi Blogger!
"I love how we empower horse professionals!"
"I've learned so much this year about marketing!"
"I love our culture of horse lovers!"
"I really like who I am becoming."
These were some of the comments from the Red Mares as we met over Zoom yesterday to celebrate how far we've come this year as a team of horse-loving marketing professionals.
It was a beautiful reminder that business is not ONLY about making money.
YES...of course we want you to make more than enough money, but in the end, running a business allows for SO MUCH GROWTH in all areas of our lives.
Whether it's overcoming an internal limiting belief, a sense of contributing to the greater good, or feeling loved and held by the business itself... a good business is GOOD for the world.
Today I'll be meeting with my executive team to define a higher, clearer vision for 2023 for the business called Red Mare. The business that gives all of us, myself included, so many opportunities to grow.
I'm eternally grateful that I have the chance to create this vision with the support of my team. Even though I'm an entrepreneur through and through, I find that my team is essential to expand my vision.
We encourage each other to think bigger and higher, and as a result, the challenging parts of bringing change to the horse industry become child's play.
It's fun, joyful, light, and inspiring!
And we want that for you too!
So our present this Christmas is going to be a
Business Vision Retreat!
Yup, 4 delicious hours designing, dreaming, creating a big 3-year vision where you walk away with an actionable 12-month expanding plan over Zoom. A plan that feels good, balanced, profitable AND impactful.
This is time for you and your business to find harmony, the way we seek harmony with our horses everyday.
We'll send out more information next week, but I hope that just the thought of spending this precious 4 hours in company of inspiring horse professionals, guided by my incredible executive team, will put a smile on your face!
Happy, happy Holidays to you, your loved ones and of course ALL your horses!
Catherine & The Red Mare Team
